Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

1. Email us at genesio87pa+dressy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions within 48 hours.
3. Pack your item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Dressy error.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.

Swimwear, accessories, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return
